Magnesium oxide

The main sources of magnesium oxide are: Magnesite, Dolomite, seawater and salt deposits rich in magnesium. MgO refractories are widely used as cores for heating elements, due to their high thermal conductivity and electrical resistance. The magnesium oxide family is formed by a series of ceramic compositions appropriately formulated based on magnesium oxide with different characteristics and electrical properties for the production of heating elements limited to medium and high power.
